Sudhanshu Sohoni is a researcher in the Applied Sciences Group (ASG) at Microsoft.

His research experience has been in digital signal processing (DSP) and A.I.-based methods for acoustic front-end processing using machine learning, mainly focused on speech separation and enhancement as well as microphone-array signal processing.

Before joining ASG, Sudhanshu was a research scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits (IIS) in Erlangen, Germany.

Outside of work he enjoys playing badminton and reading, and is a watch enthusiast.
