    This KB resolves a handle leak issue in uwfwmi.dll, when UWF WMI APIs are called periodically (e.g. to check the UWF overlay consumption) and the following error message is shown:
    “Windows Management Instrumentation has stopped WMIPRVSE.EXE because a quota reached a warning value. Quota: HandleCount, Value: 4257, Maximum value: 4096, WMIPRVSE PID: 3716, Providers hosted in this process: %SystemRoot%\system32\wbem\uwfwmi.dll"
