    Use this stencil to create Visio drawings that contain Exchange 2010 objects. These shapes include icons for the following:

    • The file is a Microsoft Visio stencil. Users who don’t have Microsoft Visio 2010 can view this document using the downloadable Visio 2010: Visio Viewer.
  • To install this download
    1. Click the Download button next to the stencil you want to download.
    2. In the File Download window, click Save.
    3. In the Save As window:
      1. Use the navigation pane or the address bar to navigate to your My Shapes directory.
        • In Windows 7 and Windows Vista, the My Shapes directory is located at C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Shapes.
        • In Windows XP and earlier, the My Shapes directory is located at C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\My Shapes.
      2. In the Save As list, click Save.
    Instructions for use
    • Visio 2010
      1. Open any new or existing drawing in Visio 2010.
      2. When you first start Visio, the Shapes box is hidden to leave more room for shapes. To open this box, on the Home tab, click the gray arrow in the left pane.
      3. In the Shapes box, click More Shapes, point to My Shapes, and then click the name of the stencil you downloaded.
      4. Drag and drop shapes to the canvas to create your diagram.
    • Visio 2007
      1. Open any new or existing drawing in Visio 2007.
      2. On the File menu, point to Shapes, point to My Shapes, and then click the name of the stencil you downloaded.
      3. Drag and drop shapes to the canvas to create your diagram.
