    To maintain parity between the application components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, this update includes packages for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Email Router.

    Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Vista, Windows XP

    Prerequisites:
    • This update must be installed on a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 18.
    • This update requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
