Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Update 1 (KB2932965)

This Microsoft Update fixes the issue in Visual Studio 2013 Update 1 that causes the Notifications hub to stop displaying notifications for updates to Visual Studio or installed Visual Studio extensions.

    Visual Studio 2013 Update 1 blocks notifications related to new releases or updates for Visual Studio and installed extensions. This fix targets the group of users who have downloaded Update 1 and ensures that they have timely access to future update information in the Notifications hub. Users without Update 1 or users who install future updates will not be impacted.
