In 2023, our people set records for giving and volunteering, including in Washington State where Microsoft employees donated more than $84M, volunteered more than 450K hours, and supported over 4,800 causes, nonprofits, and communities.

Nearly 50,000 Microsoft employees volunteered more than 1 million hours
Change Agent Program
The Change Agent Program activates Microsoft employees to empower nonprofits to digitally transform and address society’s biggest challenges by leveraging Microsoft giving, skilling, technology and community offers and resources. This program is available to all eligible Microsoft employees.
Employees give back through pro bono services
The need for pro bono services is as great as ever. For nearly two decades, the Microsoft legal department and volunteers across the company have been committed to doing our part. We are proud to continue that commitment with the broader pro bono community and our partners.
