Analysts can now refresh content in Power BI without having to depend on the IT department to configure any gateway or data sources. Once the On-premises data gateway (personal mode) is running on the computer, data refresh is seamless. When you run setup, the On-premises data gateway (personal mode) Wizard guides you through configuring your connection from Power BI service to various on-premises data sources.
