此阻止程序工具包适用于想要阻止 Internet Explorer 11 自动交付到已启用“自动更新”环境中的计算机。该阻止程序工具包不会过期。

注意：

• 对于运行 Windows 7 或 Windows Server 2008 R2 的计算机，阻止程序工具包使计算机不能通过 Windows Update 和 Microsoft Update 站点上的“自动更新”接收 Internet Explorer 11。
• 阻止程序工具包无法阻止用户从 Microsoft 下载中心或从外部媒体中手动安装 Internet Explorer 11。
• 组织不需要在使用更新的管理解决方案管理的环境中（如 Windows Server Update Services 或 System Center 2012 Configuration Manager）部署阻止程序工具包。 组织可以使用这些产品来完全管理其环境内通过 Windows Update 和 Microsoft Update 发布的更新部署，包括 Internet Explorer 11。
• 即使您曾经使用阻止程序工具包来阻止安装作为高优先级更新或重要更新的 Internet Explorer 8 或 Internet Explorer 9 或 Internet Explorer 10，您仍然需要使用 Internet Explorer 11 版本的阻止程序工具包来阻止安装 Internet Explorer 10。 阻止或解除阻止 Internet Explorer 8、Internet Explorer 9、Internet Explorer 10 和 Internet Explorer 11 的自动交付需要使用不同的注册表项。

1. 单击此链接下载程序包，然后选择“运行”或“打开”。在您获得程序包内容访问权限之前，将询问您是否接受最终用户许可协议 (EULA)。此程序包包含了 4 个不同的文件。
2. 单击“浏览”，选择将上述 4 个文件放置的位置。指定放置提取文件的位置后，单击“确定”。
3. 通过导航到“开始”->“所有程序”->“附件”->然后右键单击“命令提示符”并选择“以管理员身份运行”，启动提升的命令提示符。键入“CD”，接着键入上述步骤 2 中提取 4 个文件的路径。
4. 在“命令提示符”中，键入“ie11_blocker.cmd /B”，然后按 Enter 键以设置计算机上的阻止程序。
5. 您将在命令提示符中看到确认消息：“Blocking deployment of Internet Explorer 11 on the local machine.The operation completed successfully.”您可以立即关闭“命令提示符”窗口。
