Bill Buxton's Notes

It is funny that on the one hand, some people who know better say, "if it has a stylus, they blew it" (it meaning the design), and on the other, we are starting to see all kinds of styli emerging for capacitive touch screens. This is a beautiful hand-crafted brush in a Japanese style made for the iPad. I would never have predicted this one, but I find it very interesting. Something is going on here, and my sense is that the domination of touch is about to be balanced by a renewed interest in properly supporting pen input.
