Closing the skills gap
Our commitment
The creation of a net zero planet will require that sustainability skills spread into every sector of the economy. As part of Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to helping people build skills for in-demand jobs, we’re proud to offer resources to support learners in developing skills for the green jobs sector.
Partnering for impact
No single entity can meet this challenge alone. The only way to meet this pressing workforce challenge is for business, government, nonprofit, science, and education communities to come together to define their workforce needs and gaps, and to set ambitious goals to meet them.
Accelerating sustainability with AI
We are at a critical moment for environmental sustainability and need to use every tool at our disposal to aid us in this journey. AI is a vital tool to help accelerate the deployment of existing sustainability solutions and the development of new ones.
