    This download installs a fix for an issue that Visual Studio 2010 SP1 customers will see the following dialog box when creating or opening an existing Windows Azure Project or Web Site project after installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.3. “Configuring Web for ASP.NET 4.5 failed. You must manually configure to site for ASP.NET 4.5 in order for the site to run correctly.”
