The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 List component for SharePoint makes your Microsoft Dynamics CRM documents that are stored on SharePoint available to you in a format that has the look and feel of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This component also enables Microsoft Dynamics CRM to automatically create folders that will be used to store documents related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM records on SharePoint.Supported Operating Systems

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 List Component for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013. This version works with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013, and SharePoint Online with the latest service update. It does not work with SharePoint 2010.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 List Component for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. This version works with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SharePoint Online without the latest service update. It does not work with SharePoint 2013.
There are two versions of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 List Component for Microsoft SharePoint:- To start the download, click Download for the list component that you want to install.
- To save the file to your computer, click Save, specify a location, and click Save again.
Important- You must be a SharePoint site collection administrator to be able to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM List component on Microsoft SharePoint Server.
- (For SharePoint On-Premises only) The Microsoft Dynamics CRM List component is a site collection-level solution. If you want to enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM List component at the farm level, you must write a script that does the following:
- Retrieves all SharePoint site collections from SharePoint server.
- Installs and activates the List component on each of these site collections.
- Navigate to the folder where you downloaded CRM2011-SharePointList-ENU-amd64.exe or CRM2011-SharePointList2013-ENU-amd64.exe, and double-click it.
- In the Open File - Security Warning dialog box, click Run.
- To accept the license agreement, click Yes.
- Select a folder to store the extracted files, and click OK.

- Open your browser.
- In the address bar, type the URL of the site collection on which you want to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM List component, and press Enter.
- Navigate to Solution Gallery in SharePoint:
- If you are using SharePoint 2010: click Site Actions, then Site Settings, and then under Galleries, click Solutions.
- If you are using SharePoint 2013: click Settings icon in the top-right corner, then Site Settings, and then under Web Designer Galleries, click Solutions.
- On the Solutions tab, in the New group, click Upload Solution.
- Click Browse, locate the crmlistcomponent.wsp file, and then click OK.
- On the Solutions tab, in the Commands group, click Activate.
If you downloaded CRM2011-SharePointList-ENU-amd64.exe, the following files are extracted:
If you downloaded CRM2011-SharePointList2013-ENU-amd64.exe, the crmlistcomponent.wsp file is extracted.
Uninstall Instructions- Open the site collection URL on which the Microsoft Dynamics CRM List component is installed.
- Navigate to Solution Gallery in SharePoint:
- If you are using SharePoint 2010: click Site Actions, then Site Settings, and then under Galleries, click Solutions.
- If you are using SharePoint 2013: click Settings icon in the top-right corner, then Site Settings, and then under Web Designer Galleries, click Solutions.
- Select the option for the crmlistcomponent.wsp file, and on the Solutions tab, in the Commands group, click Deactivate.
- In the Deactivate Solutions dialog box, in the Commands group, click Deactivate again.
- On the Solutions tab, in the Commands group, click Delete.
- Click OK.
