    Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, version 9.0 Language Packs contain translated text such as labels, error messages, and Help. This lets you view Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement in a language other than the base language.
    This version works with the following Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement versions:
    • Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (online), version 9.0 or later version
    • Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement on-premises, version 9.0.15.9 or later version

    Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement

    1. To view this information in another language and to select a language pack for that language, select the language from the list.
    2. Select Download next to the language pack with the file name that includes the locale that you want.
    3. Save the download to your computer by selecting Save.
    4. To install the language pack, double-click the download file and then follow the instructions that are on your screen.

  • Files are platform-specific, where i386 is intended for 32-bit platforms and amd64 is intended for 64-bit platforms.
