Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation Add-in for Microsoft Project

The PSA Add-in for Microsoft Project lets users manage their PSA project plans in Microsoft Project, a project management tool. From the add-in, users can read and publish project plans to PSA at the click of a button.

• Quickly and easily import project plans and project templates from PSA into Microsoft Project.
• Publish project plans and templates to PSA.
• Create project teams inside PSA from Microsoft Project.
• Find PSA resources and assign them to project plans from Microsoft Project.

Supported Operating Systems

Windows 10

• Windows 10 or Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (version 1607)
• Microsoft Project Professional 2016
• A working Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation implementation, version 3.4+

Important! If you install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 32-bit version of the add-in. If you install the 64-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 64-bit version of the add-in.

1. Double-click the .msi file to start the Setup wizard.
2. Click Next
3. Accept the license agreement, and then click Next.
4. Click Install.
5. Click Finish.

After successful completion, open Microsoft Project and a new Project Service Automation tab is displayed on the ribbon. To install this update rollup, do one of the following:

• To start the installation immediately, click Run.
• To save the download to your computer for installation later, click Save.
• To cancel the installation, click Cancel.
