In an attempt to gain her father's attention, affluent but neglected teenager Emily T. Hope (Alicia Silverstone, Clueless) kidnaps herself, locking herself in the trunk of her BMW-the same BMW that car thief Vincent Roche (Oscar® winner Benicio Del Toro, Traffic) has targeted as his next prize. Emily and Vincent are instant adversaries, but with police detectives, heavies, and an ex-CIA assassin (Christopher Walken) employed by her father in pursuit, they soon find that they are each other's only way out.
