A welcome return for the award-winning League of Gentlemen as the bizarre residents of Royston Vasey continue to go about their bizarre business. Among the new characters in town are the extremely deaf Vinnie and Rennie who are opening a charity shop, Papa Lazarou's Pandemonium Carnival rolling in with his freak show and Herr Lipp, the German exchange teacher with a penchant for boys.
