Description
After the death of his father, King T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) assumes the mantle of the Black Panther: a powerful warrior sworn to protect the kingdom of Wakanda. But he quickly faces the dangerous outsider Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) who wants the throne for himself. Alongside Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the skilled Dora Milaje, M’Baku (Winston Duke), War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and American ally Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman), T’Challa must unite Wakanda against the threat of war. In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, T’Challa’s family and loyal warriors grieve the loss of their king as a new challenger arrives: Namor (Tenoch Huerta Mejía), ruler of the underwater kingdom Talokan. With a world grieving and a nation in turmoil, Wakanda must once more come together—with the help of new hero Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne)—to both protect the kingdom and forge its newest chapter. Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever were written by Ryan Coogler & Joe Robert Cole, and directed by Ryan Coogler.
