At Microsoft India Development Center, we strive to create an inclusive environment that is stronger for the diversity of our people. This in turn helps us understand our world better and deliver meaningful solutions and experiences.

Several groups have been designed to provide career development, support, mentoring and assistance in activities promoting cultural awareness. These programs include service to the community, speaker series, celebration of diverse backgrounds and development conferences.

    Codess is designed to promote gender diversity in engineering and to inspire female coders to help them achieve their professional goals. Via mentoring and networking events, Codess hopes to offer sound advice and a forum for women to aid their progress.
