Joining Rorish is Col. Willis, who has been embedded by the U.S. Military’s medical program to teach innovative medicine in a hospital that resembles the combat zone. Both doctors work under ER and OR Director Dr. Campbell, who was put in charge of in an effort to save money and simplify administration.
