Project Orland for Microsoft 365 is now available for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners. If you’re a CSP partner with an active Microsoft Cloud Partner Program agreement and an established Microsoft 365 customer base, with a minimum of 100 customers, we encourage you to sign up for the public preview.

What is Project Orland?

Project Orland is a customer lifecycle management (CLM) experience that provides AI-driven customer insights, actionable recommendations, and prescriptive guidance across the customer lifecycle.

Project Orland is based on data science and modeling used internally by Microsoft and has benefitted from ongoing partner feedback to create a robust experience. It puts Microsoft’s understanding of the health of customers to work for you, guiding you to valuable lifecycle opportunities within your customer base. With access to AI-driven insights and dynamic recommendations across the acquire, retain, and grow phases of CLM, Project Orland enables you to deliver value to your customers at every stage of their journey.

Based on a set of business rules, customers usage, and licensing position, Project Orland executes propensity modeling. For each customer, you’ll be provided rich recommendations, which will help direct the most relevant sales conversations with each customer.
