    This toolset is available as a .zip file so you will need a zip file extractor (like that built into Windows 10) to unpack the policy files and related resources. The best practices guide is available in PDF format. To access the file. you will need Microsoft Edge, Adobe Reader, or a compatible PDF reader.
  • 1. Click the Download select the files you would like to download, and then click Next button to start the download. 2. Save it to a folder of your choice, then right-click and select “expand all” to expand all the constituent files into a new subfolder. 3. In the case of a baseline file, the expanded folder will contain both baseline files and documentation files giving information on the baseline.
