Unified Service Desk requires an instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises).

- Choose the file that you want to download, and click Next.
- You'll be prompted to save the file. Click Save to save the file to your computer.
- Download the PerformanceAnalyzer_amd64 or PerformanceAnalyzer_i386 zip package
- Extract the zip folder
- Run the UnifiedServiceDeskPerformanceAnalyzer executable file.
