HPC Pack 2019 is a high performance computing (HPC) solution that combines a comprehensive set of deployment, administration, job scheduling, and monitoring tools for your HPC cluster environment, and a flexible platform for developing and running HPC applications. It delivers enterprise-class tools, performance and scalability for a highly productive HPC environment, providing an integrated cluster environment featuring the HPC Job Scheduler, Message Passing Interface (MPI) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) interactive application support, cluster management & monitoring tools. HPC Pack 2019 also delivers cloud ready solutions for Hybrid and Cloud on Microsoft Azure.

- Prior to installation, please review the 'What's New' and 'Release Notes' available on the Microsoft HPC Pack Documentations.
o Slipstream installation:
Download the 'HPCPack2019Update2-Full-v7756.zip' file, extract the contents to the root of your drive and run 'setup.exe' to start the HPC Pack 2019 Update 2 installation wizard on a supported Windows Server based computer. For Linux compute nodes, please check 'How to add Linux nodes'.
o Upgrade installation:
Download the ‘HPCPack2019Update2-Patch-v7756.zip’ file, follow the steps in the doc 'Update to HPC Pack 2019 Update 2' to upgrade the existing HPC Pack 2019 cluster to Update 2.
o Redistributable client utilities:
To install stand-alone and redistributable installer for the Microsoft HPC Pack 2019 Update 2 Client Utilities, download and run either the HpcClient_x64.msi or HpcClient_x86.msi as appropriate to your hardware platform.
