Viva Topics | 1C: Expose system controls

Viva Topics makes clear what the system can do (Guideline 1) by exposing system controls (Pattern 1C) relevant to the user’s task. In Sharepoint viewing mode, Viva Topics reminds users of the capability to access topics in the text.
