As head of Insurance for the Americas on Microsoft’s worldwide financial services industry team, Jim works with leaders to develop deep, enduring digital partnerships that transform the sector. He focuses on AI in insurance, cyber risk mitigation, reinventing customer experiences, and transforming operations. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University.
