Victor Canseco, Managing Director Software & Services, Delphi Electronics and Safety
Victor Canseco is the Managing Director responsible for Delphi’s Software and Services business. In this role Victor is responsible for the P&L performance of the business globally, shaping the business strategy and formulating a multi-year revenue growth plan. Victor is a seasoned leader with extensive experience domestically and internationally directing business strategy, product management and product marketing across a diverse array of industries including automotive, consumer electronics and mobile devices.

Magnus Adolfson, Group Manager, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Scania
Magnus has been working with software development for 12 years. 4 years as a developer, 4 years as a project manager and 4 years as a manager. Most of these years have been spent within the automotive industry first as a development engineer for the Engine control unit and then as a manager for research and pre-development within the field of Intelligent transport systems which is his current position. For a brief period Magnus did a detour as a project manager for an IT-company developing software for gathering and distributing financial information.

Sergej Saibel, Development Engineer, REPI Intelligent Transport Systems & Services, Scania
Sergej has been working with software development for more than 20 years, mainly as a developer but even as a DBA and a test engineer in the fields of banking, finance, industrial automation and automotive industry. His current position is a system developer at Scania’s Intelligent Transport Systems research group. He is responsible for off-board platform architecture and development. The off-board system platform plays highly important role in transport optimization tasks.
