  • The Microsoft Customer Agreement is available through partners in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program around the world. You can find a CSP partner here.

    You can purchase cloud services through the Microsoft Customer Agreement directly via the Microsoft web site in some regions. A list of countries where this is available is on the Microsoft documentation site.

    The Microsoft Customer Agreement is also available through your Microsoft seller in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Uruguay.

    The following countries also allow a Microsoft Customer Agreement through a Microsoft seller with Microsoft special approval: Albania, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cameroon, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines (the), Poland, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

  • You’ll receive the Microsoft Customer Agreement from your Microsoft representative or your Microsoft partner. You can view the terms during the transaction checkout process or see a general agreement on this page.
  • All Microsoft cloud products and services—including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365—are available through the Microsoft Customer Agreement. Once you accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement, you can transition your cloud services right away—without any service interruption. For Azure, you can take advantage of invoice and cost management capabilities to help you understand and optimize your Azure costs, all in the same portal where you manage your Azure services.
  • With the Microsoft Customer Agreement, if you’re buying directly from your Microsoft sales representative, you'll receive your invoices from Microsoft. If you’re purchasing through a partner under the Microsoft Customer Agreement, you’ll receive your invoice from the partner.
