TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Content on DocPlayTM App Declaration by App publisher I refer to the submission by Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd (“Madman”) of its “DOCPLAY” Application into the Google Play service. I write to confirm that Madman is legally authorised to exploit all films and content appearing in DocPlayTM for iOS (“DocPlay Content”) pursuant to validly executed licence agreements. All licence agreements grant Madman exclusive rights to distribute the DocPlayTM Content (including copyrights existing therein) in any media in Australia and New Zealand. Madman’s rights also extend to promoting, advertising and marketing our exploitation of the DocPlayTM Content. To further evidence Madman’s authorised representation of the DocPlay Content in Australia, we refer you to the website of the Australian Classification Board where every title we intend to make available on the DocPlayTM App for iOS can be searched, and the search results reveal (together with the classification of the relevant title) that Madman is the “applicant” of each classification request, establishing that we are the authorised licensee of the titles. The Australian Classification Board is a reputable statutory body and only authorised rights holders may apply for classification of content. By way of example, we provide the following links to search results obtained directly from the Australian Classification Board website for 5 titles which we intend to make available on the DocPlayTM App for iOS.
