Disgraced Top Gun fighter pilot Butch Masters leads a rogue squad to recover a cataclysmic WMD known as the "Rainmaker". Finding himself in a fight to the death against his old partner Tom Craig and a lethal terrorist organization, Masters must navigate a fractured friendship, a love triangle, and must find a way for his ’new team’ to battle against evil and save themselves as well as millions of unsuspecting innocent victims.
