Fuko Izumo a girl with the ability of \"Unluck\" that brings misfortune to those that touch her. An \"Undead\" with an immortal body that can never die, suddenly appears before her as Fuko is attempting to commit suicide and rejoices that he has finally met someone with the ability to grant him a true death. He abducts Fuko and looks for the conditions to unleash the greatest stroke of unluck, when hunters from the Anti-Unidentified Phenomena Control Organization AKA “Union” come after them!

A great stroke of unluck hits when Fuko kisses Andy the Undead. Andy makes a move on Fuko, thinking an even greater unluck will happen if they take the physical contact further! To prevent physical assault, Fuko explains that the higher her likability for the other person is, the larger the unluck becomes. Andy declares that if that’s the case, he will make her fall in love with him to give him the greatest stroke of unluck—and that he will never let her die until then. Spoil transitions to Phase 2, decomposing anything that gets near and firing a decomposition laser for anything that gets away. However, Shen starts his counter attack with his artifact and negating ability. Spoil is unable to attack back, but even so the battle is at a stalemate since Spoil cannot be touched directly. For this type of UMA, capture is complete when the \"core\" within its body is extracted, creating a need to figure out how to suppress Spoil's ability completely. But, Fuko has a realization about possibly sending Spoil into space.

The Negator Unrepair is confirmed located near a black market auction, so Andy and company head over to the venue. Negators, UMAs, and Artifacts that the Union hasn’t been able to manage are circulating this market. Andy and Fuko infiltrate the auction grounds under the premise of a married couple. Listening to the conversations around them treating Negators and UMAs like merchandise, Fuko asks Andy whether joining the Union or being sold is better off for Negators.

The Union and the Negator Hunters, have infiltrated the black market auction venue for a new Negator. They’re no different from the Union in that they are a group of Negators acting together, but one definite difference is that they seek revenge against the world. Not wanting to hand them the Negator, Andy and Fuko head down to the auction item storage. The Negator Hunters arrive first where they find Chikara, with a restrainer-type Negator power. To test Chikara’s powers, the Negator Hunters fire a gatling gun at Chikara!

While Tatiana fights members of the Negator Hunters, she receives a report that Fuko was wounded by Unrepair. In the past, Tatiana harbored a grudge against Andy. Claiming to avenge Gena’s death, she challenges Andy to a battle. There, Fuko tells Tatiana that she was the one that killed Gena, and with an apology, states that she wants to be friends. After a bit of struggle, the two get along well, and for Tatiana, Fuko was the first female friend she’s ever made. Tatiana voluntarily unleashes her powers in order to save Fuko!

A huge explosion occurs from within the luxury liner. Andy and company on the top deck are blown up into the air. There, they find Rip and company among the rubble. If they let Rip get away here, Fuko will die. Told by Andy to get ready, Chikara becomes determined to enter battle. Rip counterattacks, and Blade Runner the Artifact he was wearing on his feet assault Andy’s group with dozens of overlapping blades of light. As the roller-coaster ride of a battle continues, Andy thinks about ways to win against Rip.
