Eight British chefs and eight American chefs face a challenge like no other: using nothing but their culinary skills and business savvy, they must cook their way across the USA.  In the end, only one winner will remain. Guided by American TV food expert Claire Richards, and judged by Michelin-acclaimed London restaurateur Richard Corrigan, the Brits and the Yanks battle it out from kitchen to kitchen, from city to city, for national pride and $100,000 in prize money.
