Season 3 of The Glades™ brings more sunshine from Palm Glade, where Jim Longworth (Matt Passmore) is one of the sharpest homicide detectives to ever wear a badge. The season opens with Jim and Carlos (Carlos Gomez) investigating the death of a millionaire who left all his wealth to an organization of UFO enthusiasts. Callie (Kiele Sanchez) decides to stay in town to make it work with Jim, but things get stressful when she finds local jobs to be scarce. The station is shaken up when Jennifer Starke (Taylor Cole), the beautiful Florida Department of Law Enforcement bureau chief, arrives to evaluate the station’s successful track record and to re-create its high arrest rate statewide. When it becomes clear that the success is largely due to Longworth’s lone-wolf style, the bureau chief decides to take a more hands-on approach.
