Aye, Aye, Eyes" (11 Minutes) When Dexter returns a little girl's stuffed bunny to her, she falls in love with him. She is soon stalking Dexter. With the help of Dee Dee, Dexter is eventually able to divert the girl's affections toward another little boy. "Dee Dee and the Man" (11 Minutes) Fed up with Dee Dee's constant destruction of his lab, Dexter feels he must fire her. Finding a replacement, however, becomes more difficult than he thought. It turns out Dee Dee provides the perfect amount of distraction.

Big Bots" Dexter builds Dee Dee a huge robot after she tells him he can't. The problem begins when they use their robots to try to save a volcanic island from eruption. "Gooey Aliens" Dexter is experimenting with a glowing, globby alien life form that he found in a meteorite. It gets loose and inhabits the brains of Mom, Dad, and Dee Dee - who all start building a communication device in Dexter's lab. "Misplaced in Space" Dee Dee can't find Dexter anywhere in the house because Dexter has somehow been put to work on an alien planet. Dee Dee convinces Dexter's lab computer to send her to where Dexter is in order to save him from his captors.

"Old Flame" Dexter wants to meet the original genius who invented fire and zips back in time. He grabs the unsuspecting and frightened caveman and brings him back to the lab. The caveman promptly goes into hiding in the lab, destroying everything. "Don't Be a Hero" Dexter wants to be a superhero like Major Glory. Using his lab equipment, he tries out a variety of super powers. Dexter finds out the hard way that super powers aren't all they're cracked up to be. "My Favorite Martian" Dexter takes a trip to Mars to study small biological life forms. Unbeknownst to the boy genius, his annoying sister tags along for the ride. Once on Mars, Dee Dee is her usual self and manages to get covered in red dust and Martian flowers. Dexter discovers her and thinks her to be a true Martian.

"The Old Switcharooms" When Dad sentences Dee Dee and Dexter to go to each other's rooms for breaking his coveted bowling trophy, Dexter freaks out. He has to figure out how to stop Dee Dee from destroying his lab...even though she is really just taking a nap. "Trick or Treehouse" Dexter is suspicious that his sister is building a secret treehouse, so he decides to investigate. "Paper Route Bout" Dee Dee goes up against a team of ninja-like paper delivery boys called The Paper Tigers, who are out to steal her paper route. In the end, The Paper Tigers' appetite for destruction enables Dee Dee to triumph.

"Accent You Hate" When a bully who hates kids with funny accents sets his sights on Dexter, the boy genius has until 3:00 before he receives an after-school beating. Dexter must ban together with other international sounding kids to fight this random bigotry. "Catch of the Day" Dad keeps waking Dexter up day after day to go fishing, but the sun always rises, canceling the trip. Finally, Dexter is fed up - he wants the fishing nightmare to end. He uses his pal science to load the car and get them on the road early. "Quiet Riot" After working all night on a project, Dexter wants nothing more than to sleep. Dee Dee takes it upon herself to insure that her brother can rest.

"That's Using Your Head" Dexter brings home a mentally deranged man, who looks like a scientist and is trying to pick up radio signals through a hand made hat of Styrofoam and trash. Dexter makes the guy a real receiver, and the guy freaks out and is immediately zapped away into another dimension. "Dad is Disturbed" Dad prepares to watch a special game on television. After setting up for an afternoon of sports, he's interrupted by Dexter, Dee Dee, and Mom, who monopolize his space and the television. Cameos by Barney and Betty Rubble. "Framed" When Dexter's glasses break, he accidentally starts a new fashion trend at school and becomes very popular.
Blackfoot and Slim/Trapped with a Vengeance/The Parrot Trap

"Blackfoot and Slim" Dexter and Dee Dee are unknowingly the focus of a "Wild Kingdom" type animal documentary. During Dexter's bathing ritual, he realizes he's being observed, runs, gets tranquilized, and upon awakening discovers he's been tagged. "Trapped with a Vengeance" A deranged janitor traps Dexter inside the school. The boy genius is trapped and must clean the entire school. When Dee Dee enters Dexter's lab, he has no choice but to escape and get home before she can do too much damage. "The Parrot Trap" When Dexter creates a mechanical parrot. However, when the parrot mimics Dee Dee, Dexter is frantic that the parrot will tell Mom and Dad about his secret lab. He destroys the mechanical bird, only to end up giving away his own secret.
Dim/Just an Old Fashioned Lab Song/Repairanoid

"Dim" While Dexter is working in his lab, one of the light bulbs burns out. Mom takes him to a giant hardware store in an exhausting journey to replace it. The only words spoken come at the end when the bulb is finally replaced, and Dee Dee reminds him that they will eventually all burn out. "Just an Old Fashioned Lab Song" Mom and Dad decide that Professor Williams (Paul Williams) should teach Dexter to play the piano. Dexter hates practicing so he runs off to his lab. Professor Williams accidentally gets into the lab when he can't find Dexter for his lesson and discovers that Dexter may have learned his musical lessons after all. "Repairanoid" The lab is drawing too much power - causing a short in the house - so Mom calls a repairman. In checking the circuits, the repairman finds the power line leading to the lab. At first the intruder upsets Dexter, but soon the repairman has made everything in the lab work at maximum efficiency.

"Sdrawkcab" Dexter develops a reverse belt. While wearing the belt to get a snack in the kitchen, Dee Dee sneaks into the lab to play with the belt controls. "The Continuum of Cartoon Fools" Dee Dee's constant laboratory interruptions cause Dexter to seal off every entrance she uses. Ironically, in keeping his sister out, Dexter eventually locks himself out of the lab, too. "Sun, Surf, and Science" Mandark enters a surfing contest hoping to beat Dee Dee's boyfriend and win the girl's heart. When Mandark finds out that it's Dee Dee who's going to compete, he must save her by making himself the victim of his own booby traps.

"Dexter vs. Santa's Claws" Dee Dee uses the lab computer to send her wish list to Santa Claus, but Dexter mocks her because he doesn't believe in the Santa. To prove he is right, Dexter devises a plan to capture Santa and shave off his beard. "Pain in the Mouth" (Justice Friends) Krunk develops a toothache from a chip stuck in his tooth. Using their super powers and the powers of their enemies, Major Glory and Valhallen attempt to extract the entire tooth. "Dexter and Computress Get Mandark" A young Dexter fan made up this story and submitted an audiotape of himself narrating it. "Computress" leaves Mandark and joins forces with Dexter. Together they plan to get revenge on Mandark by shrinking his head, but accidentally make it grow bigger than Earth.

"Dee Dee's Rival" In an episode that mirrors "Dexter's Rival," Dee Dee goes head to head with the new student in her dance class, Olga - Mandark's sister. After they have a dance-off, the teacher decides they will both perform in the recital together. Their respective brothers help them to compete with robot suits. "Pslyghtly Psycho" On Mother's Day, the family takes away Mom's cleaning gloves. She suffers major anxiety watching them perform her housework very badly. "Game for a Game" Dee Dee is stuck in the house on a rainy day and has no choice but to play games with Dexter. She wins every time! In his anger, Dexter challenges her to compete with him in the Dextatorium, his electronic game tower.
Dyno-Might/ LABretto

Through opera we see Dexter's origins leading up to the creation of his laboratory. "Dyno-might" (11 Minutes) Dexter receives a desperate visit from the Blue Flacon, who has a damaged Dynomutt in his arms. When Dexter builds a new, high-tech version of the robot dog, he realizes the importance of having a "goofy, idiot sidekick."
