This version of F-86 Sabre, was developed in the mid 50s by the North American company for export to China and Japan. The Type 74 mod G/Kai is the latest modification, which has several main improvements: the thermal sleeve installed on the gun, the reverse speed was increased, an improved electronics and the new laser rangefinder were installed, alongside with the sideskirt for protection from HEATs and HESHes. The armament stayed the same, but the new APFSDSs were added to the available range of shells.
