STEM Student Challenge

Are you holding Think Computer Science this year?

We will no longer be holding Think Computer Science, the Challenge will be our annual student event going forward. Our aim has always been to reach as many students as possible, with a view to showcasing the many ways in which computer science and other STEM fields impact our lives daily, and the possible career paths available within them.

A one-day event limits the number of students we can reach, as well as being biased to those in the surrounding area. It also means taking a large number of students out of school for a day and we recognise that this puts a strain on resources and budgets. The challenge will enable us to reach more students in a way that we hope will complement current school activities and after-school clubs.

Who can enter the Challenge?

Students in years 8-10 (S2-S4 in Scotland), in teams of 4-6 students. Schools may enter more than one team.
