Established in 2012, Compass is a premium, invitation-only program offered at no cost to Microsoft 365 customers in Enterprise, SMB and Education.

Compass provides a forum to share unmet needs, preview product roadmaps and share feedback directly with researchers and product makers in Experiences + Devices.

Compass members have a deep, influential relationship directly with product teams through joining the program’s many R&D activities, workshops and the marquis Compass Connect Experience (CCX) conference held three times a year.

Currently the program has over 100 diverse organizations of all sizes from across the world.
