About
I am a Principal Design Manager at the Microsoft Research Lab in Cambridge (UK) working within the Future of Work (opens in new tab) space. My work is currently focused on the area of Enterprise Knowledge (opens in new tab) and how AI can support Knowledge transparency within an organization. I am especially interested in the Human experience & how Knowledge can enhance and improve peoples’ workflows and transform how work gets done.
I joined Microsoft Research in 2020 before which I had spent 8 years as a Design manager for Outlook Design in Redmond (US), supporting various Outlook (opens in new tab) endpoints as well as Growth-initiatives where we explored, researched and built solutions for new business areas and customer segments.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2011, I held the positions of Interaction Design Manager for Whirlpool Europe and Electrolux Srl Europe and have a background in Interaction- and Product Design from the Institute of Design (opens in new tab) in Umea (Sweden).
