Carolyn Buractaon

Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Research working on large-scale machine learning. Her research focuses on scalable network machine learning, applying network analytics to organizational graphs to measure corporate culture. She has worked on organizational analytics, web search, social network analysis, fraud analytics, cyber-security, and detection algorithms for radar.

Prior to joining Microsoft Research, Carolyn was a data scientist with Windows, and a Fraud Quality Analyst with Bing. Previously, she developed signal processing algorithms for radar at MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory.

She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
