About

I am an Applied Scientist in the Collaborative Intelligence (opens in new tab) theme at Microsoft Research, Cambridge, where I work in the Teachable AI Experiences (TaiX) (opens in new tab).

My work focuses understanding how complex machine learning systems can be used in a human-centered way, with a focus on ensuring these new technologies work well for all people. My technical expertise includes computer vision, few-shot learning and data analysis.

Within MSR, I have previously worked on:

Project Tokyo (opens in new tab)
Project Azua (opens in new tab), as part of the All Data AI theme.
Many projects across multiple disciplines within the lab including projects related to Machine Learning, Healthcare and Optics for the Cloud, as part of a centralised engineering group.

Before joining Microsoft, I studied Physics as part of the Natural Sciences Tripos at the University of Cambridge and received my BA and MSci in 2014.
