I’m an electronics engineer with broad hardware experience. My current research focus is in robotics and enabling zero-touch datacentres through project CRAFT.

Previously, I worked on a number of research projects across networking and storage for the cloud. Most recently on Project Silica, a long-term archival storage system based on quartz glass.

Before joining Microsoft Research, I worked at Cambridge Consultants where I was involved in electronics projects covering all areas of the product life cycle and across a wide range of technology sectors.
