I’m Principal Applied Science Manager in Search and Artificial Intelligence at Microsoft. I am leading a team focusing on ranking fundamental problems in Bing web search. We leverage state-of-art NLP and machine learning technologies to improve web relevance model and bring a more satisfied search experience to Microsoft users. This includes data innovations, feature engineering, and model imrpovement through very large scale deep learning models, sparse neural network DNN, LightGBM, etc.
