I am a researcher at Microsoft Research India. Over the last few years, I’ve been focusing on problems at the intersection of programming languages and AI, systems and AI, learning theory and optimization.
Previously, I spent two years here as a post-doctoral scholar, with Prateek Jain (opens in new tab), when I started to look at problems at the intersection of programming languages and AI, with applications in Microsoft products such as Excel and Azure ML. I completed my PhD from the University of Texas at Austin advised by Prof. Inderjit Dhillon (opens in new tab).
