About

I am a machine learning researcher in the Health Intelligence group at Microsoft Research Cambridge (UK). My research interests lie primarily in the development of methods to support human-in-loop clinical decision making, drawing from reinforcement learning, contextual bandits and causal inference frameworks. My current work, in Project Talia, centres on the use of machine learning to guide personalised online mental health interventions.

Prior to joining Microsoft, I completed my PhD in the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University, where my thesis focused on sequential decision-making in critical care settings. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Engineering (BA, MEng) at the University of Cambridge.
