Robert Sim

À propos

Robert Sim received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from McGill University in 2004.  He has made scientific contributions in the fields of Robotics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Security, and User Safety.  He is currently a Principal Research Manager at Research @ Redmond, leading the Privacy in AI (PAI) team in the Language, Learning, and Privacy group. His current research areas of interest include privacy-preserving ML, federated learning, responsible AI, multi-device experiences, task understanding, and user productivity.
