About
Sarah Smith is a Senior Program Manager in the Microsoft Research Redmond lab, working on cyber security and data intelligence projects.
Before joining Microsoft in 2022, Sarah served as a Program Manager for Amazon Web Services, specializing in rapid network scaling and decommissioning efforts of data center infrastructure around the world. Her career started at Boeing on the 777 program as a Manufacturing Engineer, onboarding major production system overhauls for fuselage and wing assembly.
Sarah holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in material science from The University of Texas at Austin.
