About

I am a Machine Learning Researcher in the Teachable AI Experiences (Tai X) team within the Future of Work community, where I am working on inclusive, human-oriented AI. My research interests span foundation models, few-shot/meta learning, robustness and explainability.

Prior to joining MSR Cambridge, I did my PhD in Machine Learning at the University of Cambridge, where I was focused on robustness, learning from multiple distributions and out-of-distribution generalisation. I investigated these topics across several domains, with the focus on data represented as images and graphs.

During my PhD, I did several research internships at Mila, Meta AI and Microsoft Research. Prior to my PhD, I interned and worked part-time as a software engineer and data scientist (IBM, Architech, Barclays UK). I also hold an MSc with Distinction in Operational Research with Data Science from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Computer Science from the Jagiellonian University.

Apart from research and engineering, I enjoy teaching, science communication, outreach activities, hiking, yoga, reading and learning foreign languages.
