Tricia Mayer

Tricia Mayer is currently in the M365 Core Engineering at Microsoft where she works with global system integrators to develop the ecosystem for intelligent communication solutions across industries.

Previously, she was the Senior Director of digital engagement for Microsoft Research. In this role she led and managed the platforms, content, editorial, narratives, and amplification for research at Microsoft. She has a diverse understanding of Microsoft’s culture and business from previous roles across the company in the areas of marketing, communications, change management, ideation, business operations, product management, and program management.

Tricia’s research interests are evolving yet have always involved the concepts of intelligence, creativity, connectedness, and transformation. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at the California Institute of Integral Studies with a focus on joy, creativity, and structures of consciousness as applied to technoscience research and discovery. She holds a MA in transpersonal psychology from Sofia University, and a BA in business management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
