Our newest devices include Surface Pro 10, Surface Laptop 6, Surface Pro (11th edition) and Surface Laptop (7th Edition). All four contain a built-in QR code. Surface Pro 10, Surface Pro (11th Edition) and Surface Laptop (7th Edition) contain clear visual icons. Replacement components available online through Microsoft Store and iFixIt for out-of-warranty repair. Components can be replaced by individuals with the knowledge and experience to repair electronic devices following Microsoft’s Service Guide. Microsoft tools (sold separately) may also be required.
