Their newly launched Centro de Conocimiento e Innovación Bahía de Buenaventura, through its education center, trains a digitally creative generation for employability, entrepreneurship, and integral human development, forging a path that allows the local population to overcome geographic unemployment and prepare for productive life.

The Hg Foundation’s vision is that the tech workforce of the future harnesses the talents of all, regardless of background. To achieve this, they help under-represented groups to access high quality jobs in tech by supporting education and employment-based programs across the UK, Europe, and the US. Nirmaan Organization
Nirmaan Organization, a registered NGO, was incepted by students of BITS Pilani University in 2005 with a focus on education, employment, and social leadership. For 18 years, Nirmaan has touched the lives of more than 2,500,000 beneficiaries with a network of over 1,000 volunteers and 500+ full-time employees through multiple flagship programs and social leadership initiatives benefiting children, women, youth, LGBTQ+ communities, and farmers from diverse social backgrounds across 23 states of India. Nirmaan strives to create a more inclusive and empowered society by partnering with 200+ corporate and philanthropic partners.
