This trojan downloader has been observed downloading and installing the following malware:
Apart from installing other malware, this trojan also modifies DNS server settings.Attackers responsible for distributing this trojan use the modified DNS server settings to inject ads into requested web pages. The DNS setting changes can also be used to manipulate routing of other network connections.
Scanning with Microsoft Defender Antivirus or other Microsoft antimalware automatically removes threats as they are detected. However, many infections can leave remnant files and system changes. Updating your antimalware definitions and running a full scan might help address these remnant artifacts.
